Warren Kozak was born and raised in Chesapeake, VA. He attended Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina and received his law degree from Wake Forest University. Warren has practiced law in Portsmouth, Virginia for more than 35 years and he has become one of the areas leading criminal defense attorneys. After many years as a partner with Marcus, Santoro & Kozak, P.C., in 2008 Warren opened the current firm. Mr. Kozak is an active member in the community; he enjoys hunting, softball and golf; he is also an avid fisherman and enjoys spending time at the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He lives with his family in Portsmouth, Virginia.
